These terms cover your use of the Lily and Juniper website, client portal, and related pages. Our landscape management services are governed by the signed service agreement or approved proposal for each property, which takes priority over this page.

Using this site

• The public pages are for learning about our services and requesting a walkthrough. Please give accurate information.
• The client portal and crew app are for authorized users only. Keep your login private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
• Do not try to break into, overload, or copy our systems, or look at information that is not yours.

Proposals and additional work

Proposals shown or sent through the portal are offers for the work described, at the price listed, until the "valid through" date on the proposal. Approving a proposal in the portal or signing it is an agreement to that work and its terms, which are shown on the proposal. Work outside the signed scope is only done after it is approved.

Information on this site

We try to keep the website accurate, but it is general information, not a promise of specific results for your property. Plant and turf outcomes depend on weather, soil, water, and other conditions.

Our content

The text, logo, photos, and designs on this site belong to Lily and Juniper LLC or are used with permission. You may share a link to our site. Please ask before copying our content.

Payments

Invoices and payment terms are set out in your agreement or proposal. Online payments are processed through QuickBooks and are subject to their terms.

Limits

The website and portal are provided as they are, and we may change or pause them for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from using the website or from interruptions to it. Nothing here limits our responsibilities under your service agreement or rights you have under the law.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Utah.
