Lily and Juniper LLC ("we," "us") provides horticulture-led landscape management for homeowner associations and commercial properties in Ogden, Utah and nearby communities. This page explains what we collect through this website, our client portal, and our crew app, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Walkthrough requests. When you fill out the form on our home page, we collect your name, community or company, city, email, phone number, the approximate size of the property, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Client accounts. If you are a client, we keep your contact details, billing and approval contacts, the properties we maintain for you, your service agreement, proposals, invoices, and the reports and photos from our visits.
- Sign-in information. Client and crew logins use an email address and password. We do not see your password.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting and database providers may log things like your IP address and browser type to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your request and talk with you about service.
- To plan, perform, document, and bill for the work we do.
- To send you proposals, reports, invoices, and notices about your account.
- To keep our systems secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who helps us run it
We use a small number of service providers to operate our systems, and they handle data only for that purpose. They include Supabase (database, sign-in, and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and QuickBooks (invoicing and payments). Payments are handled by QuickBooks. We do not store full card numbers. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Who can see your information
Our office team and crew see what they need to do their work. Clients see only their own properties, proposals, reports, and invoices in the portal. Internal notes and our pricing worksheets are private to us.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterward for contract, tax, and accounting needs. Walkthrough requests that do not become clients are kept only as long as they are useful to follow up.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email contact@lilyandjuniper.com and we will respond.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and private file storage to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with the data you give us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
